The CTG has contributed to the development of more than a dozen collaborative projects for the development of a solid Galician tourist offer, contributing to the promotion of its packaging, commercialization and segmentation, working together with its associates to generate long-term projects that contribute to the diversification of the offer, as well as its seasonality and internationalization.
The collaboration with the Tourism Agency of Galicia helped define the Tourism Strategy of Galicia 2020, a document that sets the framework for tourist-related strategies for the period 2017-2020.
Thanks to an active public-private cooperation, the CTG has actively collaborated in the regulatory development of the sector in the areas such as hotels, hostels, tourist apartments, tourist housing and travel agencies.
The CTG and Turismo de Galicia attend together national and international tourism fairs, such as Fitur, World Travel Market, ITB Berlin, Termatalia, INTUR Valladolid, IBTM World Barcelona, Gastronomic Forum, Thermalies, Grand Pavois de La Rochelle and IMEX Frankfurt. Their close cooperation seeks to help internationalize and promote Galicia's tourist offer at national and international venues.
